My furnace was not working the night prior. I called John that morning, he came within that hour. The part my furnace needed was retrieved and it was back to working in less than an hour. John was prompt, polite & to the point. I would highly recommend this company!

We are 100% pleased with John and his service. Our furnace stopped working, totally worn out after 37 years. After calling John, he arrived in less than 1/2 hour, diagnosed the problem(s) and had a new Bryant Furnace installed and working in less than 24 hours. He completely explained the problems with the old furnace, showed us the defective parts and explained the options. We liked the fact he was low key and not pushy in any way. After installing, our home was left neat and tidy. I highly recommend John and Wilburn Heating and Air.

Product or service reviewed: Central Air Conditioner Repair
My AC unit stopped working in the middle of the night. I called John and came out in a couple of hours after my initial call and diagnosed the issue with my AC unit. He explained what was wrong, the part he need to fix the issue, and the cost for the part right up front. He didn't try to up-sell me, or pressure me into something i didn't need. Would highly recommend, and will use again when i actually do need a new AC unit.

90 degrees on Saturday and a/c won't work. Called a couple of places and left a message. Wilburn immediately answered and said he'd be out in 2 hours. And he was right on time. He quoted us the service fee and approximate total cost. John was professional and quickly diagnosed the problem. Within 30 minutes, we had cool air at a reasonable cost. Highly recommend this company.

John gave us a quote last fall for a new furnace and air conditioner. The furnace was 16yrs old at the time. The prices on the quote he gave last fall were the same as we paid now (April)
John has alway provided excellent service. We started using his service when he was with Axberg. When he set up his own business, we went with him, because of past experience and that the business was local. I highly recommend him for Furnace and Air Conditioning Installation and repairs.
